Ipswich Town Football Club (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This notice explains what information we collect when you submit a matchday hospitality enquiry, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

What data we collect

When you complete the hospitality enquiry form we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your organisation name, if you choose to provide it.
• Your job title, if you tell us the enquiry is for business hospitality.
• The match or fixture you are interested in.
• Whether the enquiry is personal or business-related.
• The reasons you are interested in hospitality, including any details you give if you select “Other”.
• Whether you consent to receive marketing emails about hospitality offers.

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Respond to your hospitality enquiry and provide a quote or information.
• Help you choose the right package for the fixture you have in mind.
• Keep a record of your interest for follow-up and administration.
• Send occasional marketing emails about hospitality offers, if you have opted in.

We will not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with these uses.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing hospitality enquiries and, where you opt in, your consent to marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us using the details below.

Who we share your data with

Your data is accessed only by authorised Ipswich Town Football Club staff who need it to respond to your enquiry. We store data using secure cloud infrastructure and do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep your enquiry details for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your hospitality interest, and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative and legal purposes. If you opt in to marketing, we keep your contact details until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
